Privacy Policy

Privacy isn't a policy document. It's a practice. This page explains ours in plain language — no legal fog.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your position number, and the date you signed up. If you arrived via a referral link, we note that too. That is all we collect at this stage.

Why we collect it

Your email is used for one purpose: to confirm your place on the waitlist and to write to you when AMORIA opens. We do not use it for marketing, newsletters, or any communication unrelated to AMORIA.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. The only services that touch your data are Supabase (storage) and Resend (transactional email delivery).

AI and your data

Your data never trains AI models — not ours, not anyone else's. This is a firm commitment, not a policy subject to change.

Advertising

AMORIA has no advertising. Your data is never used for ad targeting, retargeting, or profiling of any kind.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@joinamoria.com. We will permanently delete your record within 7 days and confirm when it is done. When you delete your account inside the app, your data is deleted immediately and permanently.

Cookies

The waitlist page does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics, which we use for anonymous page-view counts, does not set cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. You will always have the option to delete your data before any change applies.
