Acceptance

By joining the AMORIA waitlist or using the AMORIA application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line and locks in your pricing tier. It is not a purchase, subscription, or binding contract. We reserve the right to delay or alter the launch timeline. We will notify you of any significant changes by email.

Founder's pricing

The first 500 people to join the waitlist are eligible for the founder's price of $6.99/month (solo) or $9.99/month (paired) for as long as they maintain an active, continuous subscription. This price is not transferable. If a founder-tier subscription lapses, the standard price applies upon reactivation.

Free trial

AMORIA will offer a 7-day free trial upon launch. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge. No questions asked.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AMORIA to store illegal content, to harass others, to circumvent security measures, or to attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Data and privacy

Your use of AMORIA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using AMORIA, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Limitation of liability

AMORIA is provided "as is." The AMORIA Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of AMORIA after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
